I'm wanting to make the blonde parts of my hair white. In the picture you can see the lightest part of my hair.
How many levels do you think I should lift it for the toner to work properly? Also, the lightest part has slight l tints of pink and is a little darker than in the picture. And, if you know, I use wella t-18 of course. After I mix the toner do I wait for the mixture to turn purple or just mix well then apply? Because I've never figured that out.

Can you take a photo in the daylight? Preferably on a sunny day but in the shade.
At the moment it's really hard to tell what shade it actually is and how much yellow is there because the tone of the photo is so yellow. It looks like it's possibly already light enough to tone to white.
Have you tried a purple shampoo let on for a few mins? I wouldn't use the wella. Using a purple shampoo with every wash, in my opinion, gives a better colour and is a lot less damaging. Bonacure has a good on that I use.
And no, you don't wait for it to turn purple. You put it in as soon as its mixed.
