How long does it take for you to lift with a processing cap?

How well and how fast it lifts will depend on quality of the bleach and temperature. My hair lifts considerably faster in the summer than winter. Using a cap holds in your body heat and helps it process faster.

Undiluted 30 vol and bleach lift the first 4 inches nearest my head to that color in about 20-30 minutes, if it's just roots I'm doing the undiluted mix gets me there in like 15 mins with a cap. My virgin hair is nearly black, but it's fine and aside from certain areas it lifts easily. The last 3 inches of my hair need 45 minutes to an hour with heat to even get to yellow. My temple area is damn near impossible and I can't get it past ginger even with heat and a cap, my skin is going to melt off before that hair turns to inside of a banana yellow and I just need to quit trying LMAO.
