My daughter mixed a packet of Quick Blue bleach last night around midnight & then decided she was too sleepy to bleach her roots so she went to bed.
It's now 9:30 am ... Can we use what she mixed last night or do we have to throw it out?
She has brown roots.

Pretty sure you need to ditch it and start again.

Once mixed it only lasts an hour. It'll be useless now, so throw it away.
