Hello my name is Jenna and any help you give will be super appreciated!! I am currently a darkest brown with warm undertones and would love to go to this ... or this.. I am a fair skinned italian with Olive tone skin.. some say I am too fair to pull of purple but I really love it and think I have the personality to rock it!! I am truly in love with the first picture of pale lilac and pink highlights  in a bun and am wondering how I can achieve that on my own .. I am not a professional but am a quick learner and have bleached and dyed sections pink before but did not use toner (inexperience) so any advice/pictures/inspiration! Word be helpful! Thank you in advance. These are links to my dream colors because my pics were to large to attach.  http://indulgy.com/post/wKjNWlYK72/lilacpink-hair.     http://indulgy.com/post/cinGdatmd1/lilac-hair.   http://indulgy.com/post/DoMaLl7NN2/purple-hair

Is your current colour your virgin hair or has it been dyed previously?
To get a true pastel colour you need a pale and even base. So you will need to bleach it to a pale yellow/inside of a banana colour/ level 10. If you can't achieve that base, the darker purples you have shown are slightly more forgiving.
If your hair is virgin I would start with a full bleach with 30 vol peroxide over coconut oil. Do a strand test first, this will help you to know how well your hair lifts and the time to leave it on for. It will only lift to a yellow/gold colour, not pale enough for pastels, but it is important to lighten slowly if you want to protect the integrity of your hair. You can then either bleach again with a lower volume peroxide, or bleach bath after a month, depending on the level of lift required and the condition of your hair at this point.
If your hair is long and thick I wouldn't try and lighten it all at once by yourself. Section it off and do a section at a time. It is important to get the bleach on quickly, otherwise the parts you apply the mix to first are fully processed while you are still applying bleach to other sections, which results in an uneven colour, with some parts over processed and some parts under.
