Hair breaking off -- is my stylist at fault?

Thanks for the tips on the toner. I've actually never heard of Directions, had to Google. Now I'm intrigued. ;D

When she told me breakage was normal, and seeing how frizzy my hair is now, all I could think of was Miley Cyrus and (especially) Gwen Stefani, both platinum and both with seemingly with hair in good condition. I know they have a team of stylists (I've heard Gwen gets roots done every 3 weeks!) but obviously, that means platinum should not equal hair death. Ugh, when she blow dried my hair, the round brush she used would be so thick with my broken white hair it looked like a stick of cotton candy.

Glad to hear your hair is healthy, XxX. I am hopefully on the road to hair recovery now that I'm aware of what happened.  Just started using the KPac today and there is already an improvement. *1* *1*

If you're in the US punky colours is the closest thing to directions.
