Soooo. I wanna do a bleach bath tomorrow. Gonna coconut oil later in preparation πŸ™‚
The only thing is i am poor atm as just bought a car and all the expenses that go with it!
So, could i use mayo or something after i bleach as there's no way i can get a reconstructor.
Could i put anything else in the mayo to make it better??
After ditching alot of products and switching up conditioners my hair feels the best it has in years and now I'm scared!! *anyone*

Mayo is a great conditioner, it contains protein (eggs) and oil. You can also just use coconut oil as a deep conditioner after bleaching, or olive oil, there are probably loads of things in your kitchen you can use to make a hair mask.

I do avocado egg and olive oil which is technically avocado and mayo. Its an old aztec recipe and it is amazing. Just leave it on for 30 minutes or so. If you do this, Make sure the avocado is properly smushed as it can be a pain to remove if it is chunky.

Yep mayo is a great reconstructor! When I use mayo, I usually follow with an olive oil, coconut oil with a teeny bit of honey soak because it's drying. I've read people using avacados like puerks suggested, bananas, yogurt and even beer, though I think beer would be pretty drying

Actually I just remembered this thread about diy hair treatments:
