I'm new and have joined looking for some advice.
My hair is naturally dark brown and I had some foil highlights in it which had lifted the overall colour. Yesterday I bleached the whole lot, intended to get it to an ashy blonde. I knew I'd have to tone so I bought a Scwartzkopf toner which has done nothing for the orange/yellow! So I've done some more research and have ordered a bottle of Wella T14 Pale Ash Blonde toner (used to be called Silver Lady) as I read it cancels orange and yellow tones as it has a blue/violet base. It should arrive tomorrow!
Basically, I wonder if anybody could advise if this toner is likely to take all the orange and yellow out and leave me with a cool ash blonde? As I've been in some hair horrors before and I know that things often don't turn out how you want *ott* I'm panicking! I'm attaching a pic of my hair currently. Perhaps I should lift it some more with bleach before putting the T14 on? I've also read if your hair isn't light enough then it just won't take.
Any advice would be sooooo appreciated! Thank you!

Since you just bleached your hair yesterday, it is not advisable to use any product which requires peroxide/developer. It will damage your hair further.
The bottom part of your hair looks a bit dark to me ;i am not sure any toner would take on it evenly. I would advise to start using purple shampoo or make your own tone using a direct dye and conditioner and in a few weeks do a mild bleach bath to lighten the bottom part further.
