getting rid of orange tones

Hi everyone. I thought it would be a good idea to ombre my own hair at home, so I recently bleached my virgin hair to a very brassy dark blonde. I proceeded to use an ash blonde toner to cancel out the orangey tones (I used Wella Color Charm T-14), which did absolutely nothing. These pictures were taken the day after I did all this. How can I get rid of thosr warm tones? I really want my hair to look like this girl's hair in this video:  https://youtu.be/9ZzTSq4z-ns

I'm assuming I have to bleach again for the toner to work? But sinced I already used toner (which did nothing), is my hair going to turn a weird color if I bleach it again? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

Edit: I also want to dye the tips of my hair pastel purple with Pravana Color Vivids. How light do I need my hair for it to turn out like this girl's? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x_9_UT56Fug
And how much of the purple dye would I need to mix in with conditioner to get that color? Thank you guys again

Those wella toners are designed to be used on light blonde hair only, they don't have enough pigment to tone orange.
If you want blonde you will have to lighten further. As you just bleached and used an oxidative toner i would wait at least a month before attempting to lift it further.
For pastel purple you need a platinum base.

Thanks. Is there any way I can tone my orange hair now so it's less brassy?

Yes, adding some blue will cancel out the orange and make a more ashy shade of brown. Purple shampoo such as shimmer lights applied to dry hair and left on for half an hour or so will help, or you can make your own toner by diluting a purple based blue such as Directions Neon blue or Special effects Blue Velvet in conditioner.

Would Jerome Russell Punky Color in Atlantic Blue also work? How much conditioner would I need to add to it?

Not the best at toning information, but I know atlantic blue is green based so not sure if it would work. I would think something purple based would be better. I might be wrong though. I'd use neon blue rather than atlantic blue.
Hopefully someone will come a long and clarify this  πŸ™‚

I had posted a reply saying exactly that, it seems to have disappeared though.
Atlantic blue is likely to go greenish, so much better to stick with purple based blues. I think Punky Violet would be a good choice, but not hugely familiar with Punky dyes.
Start with a bowl of conditioner and add small amounts of colour until it is the colour you want, there is a fair bit of trial and error involved.

Thank you guys for the tips. There isn't a Sally's here where I live, so I went to Ulta and the closest dye I could find was Atlantic Blue (maybe I should have gotten Midnight Blue? It seemed a little too dark though). I mixed Atlantic Blue, some Pravana violet dye and a lot of conditioner which turned out to be indigoish. It toned my hair quite a bit, but some of the really dark parts are still reddish. I wonder if just the Atlantic Blue by itself would work on it, since it is green-based and green cancels out red?
