I've been gray for almost 2 years now. My natural hair color is dark blonde. To achieve that gray color I used 20 Vol. developer and then toned everything with a toner mixed with 20 Vol. developer. I want to go back to blond (light blonde) now, but don't want to use bleach anymore. I simply want to dye my hair with permanent color like I was doing before I was gray. But I have no idea what to do. Help plz! I imagine if I just dye all hair with hair color, roots are going to be totally different.

I would wait until the grey fades out and then use a direct dye such as adore. You dont want to be using permanent box dyes on your already lightenened hair as it will get too damaged.
