Hello!
While I'm waiting to see what the second round of colour remover gives me, I'm fairly sure I still have to bleach it as the upcoming third round also will not give me a light enough result. Fine with me, at least most of the dark brown is out! Of course I'll keep time in between the three colour remover rounds, and between the colour remover and bleach bath as I don't want to destroy it. Not yet anyway. π
However, I've been out of the crazy haircolour world for few years so I have no idea what the best bleaching powder currently is. As companies have the (bit annoying) habit to 'improve' their products and new products are added every year, my knowledge is probably outdated.
So, tell me your favourite, pretty please? π
BlondMe, Blondor are very good, but I recently became reacquainted with Indola Rapid Blonde+ White Powder after not being able to get it for a while and I LOVE it.
Never heard of Indola but 7 levels of lift with 6% does sound good. ;D Probably have to get them from the UK as the price difference with Dutch/Belgian shops is insane!
I used to use Matrix Light Master but again: that was years ago so no idea whether they're still good.
That's interesting, the tub says 8 levels of lift, but everything else says 7?! Weird. It lifted my very dark brown hair that doesn't, that doesn't have much red but a load of yellow, to pale yellow with 20vol/6% in about 50 mins. So about 8 levels.
I'm sure I read something negative about the Matrix one somewhere on the forum, but I don't remember what. I've never used it myself so I can't comment.
My natural hair colour is... weird. It seems like a cool midbrown but apparently still has a lot of red in it. *stars* And it tends to blend with several shades of dark blond to brown, with hardly noticeable roots. Nice for a lazy person like me.
I just saw a site with Indola for quite a low price (now I'm not sure whether I can order it or not) so I'll probably give it a shot. Thanks!
So, ultimately Indola was way too expensive for me at the moment (Student life, ha!) so I opted for a Dutch brand named KIS. I've seen a few good reviews and, if desired, I'm happily to post here one when I've used it.

That's exactly what mine's like. Pain in the bum!
I usually like it as my roots blend in with quite a lot of natural brown shades (I'm also a lazy student). I actually planned bleach bathing tonight, al prepped with coconut oil but unfortunately I've slept terrible and I want to be BRIGHT AWAKE when I bleach bath. π Just washed out the coconut oil.
