I used a 10 volume peroxide on my hair last week to lighten my roots and even out the colour on my hair. I was wondering - if I wanted to refresh my colour without needing to lift and used a colour releaser with an even lower peroxide volume than 10, how long do I need to wait between colourings?

If you're just refreshing your colour, there's no need to remove what's there ... unless I'm misunderstanding what you're saying?

Oh no I don't want to remove colour, I guess I didn't explain too well. I'm wondering if I am using colour with a low peroxide volume (10 or even less) how long do I need to wait between colouring again?

I'd say two weeks minimum, up to a month if possible.

I would say treat like a bleach bath, they are lower than 10 vol. So you could repeat after a week, but the longer the better.
