I have dark brown hair and I dyed it thinking it would go a cherry colour however it's gone so dark it's practically black and is too dark for my skin tone...I look stupid! I was wondering whether colour b4 would work and take me back to my natural brown colour without any orange or blonde tones! I've never bleached my hair and only err out red on my hair...any tips of an outcome would be brill...thanks

If it was a permanent or demi permanent (box type) of dye then a colour remover will work. However, your natural colour will have been lightened by the peroxide in the dye, so the colour remover may well reveal orangey, ginger or brassy tones if your hair is naturally dark.
If the dye was a true semi (ie no peroxide) then your natural brown is still intact under the dye. Colour removers are hit and miss on direct dyes, it may work, may not. You can just try shampooing a few times with hot water and a strong shampoo like a clarifying or anti dandruff one. This should lighten the colour considerably.
