Blonde to silver?

So my aim is silver blonde. I've lightened it and toned it and it's still not pale enough to achieve the silver I want. It's a wee bit darker than it looks in the photos.

I'm reluctant to do a straight bleach again (I fried my hair years ago with overbleaching when I didn't know any better). Can I achieve a light enough shade with a bleach bath? And can I use the coconut oil and leave it in for a bleach bath? Also, how long should I wait before doing it?

Thank you!

Your hair is still a couple of shades too dark.
You can use coconut oil before a bleach bath, but I don't think it will give you the lift you need.
The silver you have is a permanent dye, do you know what vol peroxide is included with it? I would avoid permanent dyes if you are looking at minimising damage, but it may have enough lift to take you up a level.
The only person I know who used that particular product (on perfectly even platinum hair) ended up with a blue and green streaky mess, so definitely try on a strand first

Eek! I don't know, can t seem to see the volume of peroxide anywhere.
Is there a veggie dye that would get the same shade of silver?

Colour freedom have silver direct dyes as well, I tried the Silver Blonde and it did nothing at all to my colour (on a near white base) They have a new darker grey, Misty Grey, that might be better
Diluted Pravana Silver would be my choice (that is what is on the first 4 or 5 inches of my hair in my avatar pic)
You will need a really light base without any orange for pastel silvers though
You can make a silver toner to suit your base colour by mixing, diluted violet goes silver/grey on a more yellow base
