Bleaching strawberry blonde hair

I am just here to get opinions and suggestions. I have natural red hair, it's more on the blonde side, it is quite thick and mid back length. I plan on bleaching it, I haven't dyed it in over 3 years or so and it is quite healthy, I don't use heat on it or anything and rarely use products in it. I just want to see what bleach products are the best and what developer I should use. I have experience in dying other peoples hair but i have only used bleach once. Thanks.

I tried the purple shampoo and I saw videos about putting it on dry hair, so I did that and I covered all of my hair with it and by the time I got all of my hair covered it had been sitting on my roots for a while and I waited probably 20 more mins when it was all covered. I'm still waiting for it to dry but it does look less yellow so far and maybe a bit more whiter towards the roots.
