I bought a bleaching kit which contained 2 sachets of powder. I only used a very small amount to bleach my hairline. Does the powder go off quickly after the sachet is opened? Can I use powder from the opened sachet again at a later date?

You can use it again as long as it is properly stored in a cool, dry place

Yup, make sure it doesn't get damp and you should be fine.
