Hey all!
Ok, so i bleached my previously dyed black hair 3 times to get it blonde and dyed it atomic pink a year ago. Been doing the roots and still dying atomic pink ever since. My hair is in good condition and i get it trimmed regularly.
My question is, if I bleach all my hair, will it be ok? I dont want to do it if it'll all break off!
I want to bleach out the atomic pink, as I want to go either blonde, or atleast pale pink(cupcake pink)
Any help is muchly appreciated!
If it's in good condition and you keep it in good condition, stock up on some good conditioner and seperate the bleaching out then it will be fine. If it didn't break off last time you'll be okay.
Warning though, you'll have to do it slowly and gradually over many weeks. Pink is hard to get rid of like black dye and Atomic Pink is the worst pink to get out. You could probably bleach it to cupcake pink over time and then go blonde from there so you can try both your colour ideas π
i agree with kitty. if you are wanting cupcake pink, just try fading the atomic.

Some good products like Joico can help minimalise or repair damage without having to go to drastic extremes and cut your hair.
Bleached it and it went fine, hair's in perfect condition π the atomic pink is still waaaay brighter than i want but the top part of my roots have gone a nice pale pink and top part of my hair, so will just keep doing my roots and do it that way as wouldnt like to totally bleach again so soon! Getting my hair cut tomorrow though so lots of the darker pink will be cut out π
yay! glad it went well and your hair is still good
