bleach won't lighten my blonde/pale orange hair

Hi everyone, first post.So Basically I started off with dark almost black hair. I used colour b4 extra strength then adee phelan for dark hair.This brought my hair to browny red. (hair is naturally light ginger) I left it a few days then lightened it with XXL 00b max blonde after sleeping with my hair covered in coconut oil brought it to a medium/light orange with yellow roots. After that, I used coconut oil then jerome russell 30 vol which lightened it a small bit to a lighter orange with a few blondish streaks. I slept with coconut oil on my hair then used the jerome Russell 30 vol again, which seems to have done almost nothing. Questions:Is the coconut oil interfering? I'm not exceeding 45 minutes developing time, should I? I start counting the minutes from when I start putting on the bleach, is this wrong? Is my hair too porous to bleach, should I leave it a good while longer? I know I shouldn't be bleaching so much so often but my hair doesn't seem to be damaged at all using the oil. Also, I don't want to go to a salon, they never do what I want. I want a bright white blonde.Thank you so much for reading, I really appreciate any advice :)

If it's staining you might not get it out. But colour remover is the best step now. I just don't want you to assume it's going to. Going from dark dyed to white is the hardest of all, it should take months.
