Hi all. I have neutral 4.5 brown hair that pulls warm. My goal is a light ash blonde. I’ve done 2 bleach baths a month apart and got the results shown below ( toned with T-14). My roots are a variety of brassy yellow and white blonde. I’m planning on doing a regular bleach session tomorrow using blondme and 20 volume developer starting with the ends and doing the roots for 10 minuets or less at the end. Then toning with t-18. Does this make sense or can I get by using wella colorcharm N9 and t-18? Thanks for your help.
