Best Bleach Powder at Sally's UK?

On the Sally's website, it's says they have 4 different brands of bleach powder in a sachet:
Freeze Icelites
Wella Blondor Multi-Blonde
Ion Dust Free
L'Oreal Majimeches

I checked some reviews of them:
Loads of people say they really recommend blondor.
I've heard quite a few say they love the Ion bleach, except I think they were talking about the one that comes in a purple tub (but I couldn't find it on the Sally's website), so I don't know if the dust free sachet would be as good.
I've also heard the icelites one helps give you ice blonde platinum hair, and is really good for dark hair, but I didn't know if it would be too damaging or unnecessarily strong, since my hair isn't that dark.

I was wondering if anyone has used these brands, what you thought of them, and which one you think is best, Thanks!

I only use freeze Icelites. I have almost black hair and it gets me to a pale yellow in about 30-40 with 30 vol developer under clingfilm. And in 50 minutes with 20 vol and blasting it occasionally with a hair dryer. My hair never feels in bad shape. i use coconut oil beforehand for a few hours too just  to protect it a bit more.
Since your hair is not as dark, i think you could do a 30 minute 20 vol bleach.

Are you able to buy the freeze icelites in single sachets in store? I know they aren't on the website but I can't afford the big box at the mo!
