Bblonde peroxide

Hey all!
So I lightened my hair using 20vol wella creme developer and mixed in the wundbar permanent hair colour as wanted a rich bright but natural ginger. It barely lifted my dark ginge hair perhaps 1 shade but not what I wanted at all.
2 questions
Can I use the jerome Russel Bblonde 30vol peroxide that you would normally mix with the powdered bleach sachets instead of the 20% I have? Not sure if it's the same thing as says to use just with the powder but is that a marketing thing or not?
Secondly, can I use the adore dyes with the wella developer I have?
Thank you

Most permanent dyes don't actually lift much more than a shade or two generally. That's not all brands, but honestly, most are made to add colour and not lift. You'll be better off doing a mild bleach to light ginger and then using a direct dye.

Yes, you can. It's just normal peroxide.

I'm not aware of any Adore dye you can use with peroxide, or any developer at all, but I could be behind. Which dyes are you talking about specifically?
