Hello this is my first post here I have virgin medium brown hair and I would like to go blonde at home. I was thinking of using the manic panic 40 vol bleach kit . Would the bleach be enough or do I also have to use a toner because i want it like in the picture to be bright and not grey and I've seen that most toners make your hair ashy? *thx*
